Terms and Conditions

A customer is advised to submit an order for which an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered will be given. The buyer will be given a reference number and details of the order.
Once payment is done online, and with the customer’s reference number which is the invoice number. If at purchase we receive full payment of the product via Visa we will then send you the product that you purchased to the address given. Also; we will phone you in advance requesting a detailed direction to the area in which you are. if we are not able to locate your area we will send your items to our showroom in your area so as for you to pick up your goods by showing the invoice and an identification will be given before goods are handed over.

Delivery of your order will be made within 5 to 20 working days after your online transaction is completed.

NB: Should production delays occur, delivery period will be extended and the customer will be notified.
Scheduling will be provided with a delivery window the day before you agreed the delivery and/ or installation date, in case of no response, the delivery would be cancelled and the delivery or installation will be done at your own cost

Goods sold online are not refundable; unless for example, damage occurred in the cause of delivery by only our delivery team.
In exceptional cases, if you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, please be advised that this will entirely be at the discretion of Ashfoam Limited.

When deciding whether to accept your order we may use certain information about you, including any received from our accredited identity verification partner. This will mainly be verification from your bank behind the scenes to authenticate the card holder. For example, we may pass on your details for your bank to protect you and us from fraudulent activities.

We assure our customers of equity in our products presentation and guarantee that our products are of higher quality products. Thus any other Website or Online Shop that may relate to the sale and distribution of our products without our trademark or permission, will not be accepted and same subject to legal ramifications thereof.

These terms and conditions, and all transactions relating to this website and all non-contractual obligations arising from any transaction carried out on this website are governed by law. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions. Your data protection rights are set out in our Privacy Policy which can be found at the bottom of the website under the ‘Information’ tab.
These terms and conditions only cover the Ashanti Foam Factory Limited (ASHFOAM) website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites.
